Because our products are Ayurvedic herbal formulations intended for internal or topical use, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards, which shape the return and refund terms below. 1. Are Products Returnable?

Because our herbal products (such as Sugha Sanjeevani, Amalakathi Choornam, and Pain O Fine) are consumable health and wellness items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, a return and refund will be accepted in the following cases, even if the seal is broken as a result of the issue itself:

• Damaged product – the item arrives physically broken, crushed, or damaged.
• Leakage issue – the bottle/container has leaked during transit and the product has spilled or been contaminated.
• Wrong item delivered – you received a different product than what you ordered.
• Defective or expired product – the item is defective on arrival or was shipped past its expiry date.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may also be returned within the reporting window below if you simply wish to cancel a purchase, provided the outer packaging and seal are fully intact and unused.

2. Reporting a Damage or Leakage Issue

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please report it to us within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims raised after this 3-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify shipping-related damage after this period.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number and date of delivery.
• Clear photographs (and a video, if possible) of the damaged or leaking product, the inner packaging, and the outer shipping box.
• A brief description of the issue.

Please retain the original packaging and product until your claim is resolved, as we may request it for inspection or courier pickup.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 3 days of delivery through either of the following:

Once we receive your request along with the required photos/details, our team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps, which may include a replacement, pickup arrangement, or refund approval.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your damage, leakage, or other eligible return claim is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer a return or refund in the following situations:

• The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed, and the issue is unrelated to damage, leakage, or a wrong/defective item.
• The claim is reported more than 3 days after delivery.
• Change of mind after the product has been opened or its seal broken.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
• Products purchased on final sale/clearance, where explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, leaking, wrong, or defective product, you may choose a free replacement of the same item instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Please mention your preference when you contact us.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return under the terms above once it is delivered.
